Castellum's operations

Castellum is one of the major listed real estate companies in Sweden. The fair value of the real estate portfolio amounts to SEK 34 billions, and comprises commercial properties.

The real estate portfolio is owned and managed by six wholly owned subsidiaries with strong local roots in five growth regions: Greater Gothenburg (incl. Borås, Kungsbacka and Halmstad), the Öresund Region (Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg and Copenhagen), Greater Stockholm, Mälardalen (Örebro, Västerås and Uppsala) and Eastern Götaland (Jönköping, Linköping, Värnamo and Växjö).

Operations focus on cash flow, which along with a stable capital structure provide the preconditions for good growth in the company, while at the same time offering shareholders a competitive dividend.
