Castellum startar nybyggnadsprojekt för 135 Mkr

Fastighetsbolaget Castellum kommer att vid Söderleden i Mölndal bygga en ny kontors- och industrifastighet, som i sin helhet kommer att förhyras av ABB. Investeringen är beräknad till ca 135 Mkr.

Castellum har träffat avtal med ABB och Selmer Bygg Göteborg AB om uppförande av en kontors- och industrifastighet om ca 14 000 kvm i Åbroområdet vid Söderleden i Mölndals kommun. Fastigheten, som i sin helhet kommer att disponeras av ABB-anknutna företag, kommer att förvaltas av Castellums lokala dotterbolag Harry Sjögren AB, som redan har ett betydande bestånd av kommersiella fastigheter i närområdet. Investeringen är beräknad till ca 135 Mkr och fastigheten beräknas vara inflyttningsklar hösten 1999.

Castellum starts building projects at SEK 135 million.

 
The real-estate company Castellum will construct a new office and industrial building in Mölndal, close to the beltway south of Gothenburg. The building will in its entirety be rented by ABB. The investment is calculated at SEK 135 million.

Castellum has made an agreement with ABB and Selmer Bygg Göteborg AB concerning the construction of a new office and industrial building of approximately 14,000 square metres by the southern beltway in Mölndal, south of Gothenburg. The building will in its entirety be utilized by companies associated to ABB and will be managed by Castellum´s local subsidiary Harry Sjögren AB, which already has considerable property holdings in the immediate surroundings. The investment is estimated at SEK 135 million and the new building is expected to be finished in autumn 1999.
