Castellum säljer bostadsfastigheter med en vinst om 35 Mkr

Fastighetsbolaget Castellum säljer två bostadsfastigheter i Backa Brunnsbo i Göteborg för 90 Mkr, vilket innebär en vinst om 35 Mkr.

Genom sitt lokala dotterbolag i Göteborg, Eklandia Fastighets AB, säljer Castellum,med tillträde 1 juni 1999, två bostadsfastigheter i Backa Brunnsbo i Göteborg med sammanlagt 200 lägenheter och 14 900 kvm yta.

Försäljningen av fastigheterna är ett led i koncentrationen av bostadsbeståndet till de mest centrala och attraktiva lägena i Göteborg, Helsingborg och Lund.

Castellum sells residential properties with a capital gain of SEKm 35

 
The real estate company Castellum sells two residential properties in Backa Brunnsbo in Gothenburg at a total of SEK 90 million with a capital gain of SEK 35 million.

Through its local subsidiary in Gothenburg, Eklandia Fastighets AB, Castellum sells, with taking over at June 1st 1999, two residential properties in Backa Brunnsbo with in all 200 apartments and 14,900 square metres area.

The disposal are in line with Castellum´s strategy to concentrate the residential portfolio to central, attractive locations in Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Lund.
