Fastighetsbolaget Castellum har sålt fem fastigheter i Göteborg, Lund och Värnamo för totalt 96 Mkr med en vinst om 36 Mkr

Genom dotterbolaget Eklandia Fastighets AB har Castellum avyttrat två bostadsfastigheter i centrala Göteborg till nybildade bostadsrättsföreningar. Det sammanlagda försäljningspriset uppgick till 40 Mkr, vilket innebar en vinst om 18 Mkr. Försäljningarna avsåg dels en fastighet om 2 483 kvm i Linnéstaden, dels en fastighet om 1 247 kvm i Vasastaden. Eklandia har dessutom sålt en fullt uthyrd butiksfastighet om 3 926 kvm i Kungälv för 30 Mkr med en vinst om 6 Mkr. 

I Lund har Fastighets AB Briggen avyttrat en mindre bostadsfastighet om 611 kvm till en nybildad bostadsrättsförening för 7 Mkr med en vinst om 1 Mkr. Vidare har Fastighets AB Corallen sålt en fullt uthyrd industri- och lagerfastighet om 8 140 kvm i Värnamo kommun för ett försäljningspris om 19 Mkr och med en vinst om 11 Mkr. 

De ovannämnda försäljningarna innebär en sammanlagd vinst om 36 Mkr. Därmed uppgår hittills under året redovisade vinster från fastighetsförsäljningar till 82 Mkr. 

Färdigställandet av den nya kontorsfastigheten "Guldet" om 8 000 kvm i centrala Göteborg förlöper planenligt. De första hyresgästerna flyttar in under denna veckan och inflyttningen av övriga hyresgäster pågår sedan fram till juni i takt med att lokalerna färdigställs. Fastigheten är fullt uthyrd.

Castellum sells properties for SEKm 96 with a capital gain of SEKm 36

 
The real estate company Castellum has sold five properties in Gothenburg, Lund and Värnamo at a total of SEK 96 million with a capital gain of SEK 36 million.

Through the subsidiary Eklandia Fastighets AB, Castellum has sold two residential properties in central Gothenburg to new housing co-operatives. The total sales price was SEK 40 million which implies a capital gain of SEK 18 million. The sales involved one property of 2,483 square metres in the district Linnéstaden as well as one property of 1,247 square metres in the district Vasastaden. Eklandia has as well disposed of a fully let retail property of 3,926 square metres in Kungälv, at a sales price of SEK 30 million with a capital gain of SEK 6 million.

In Lund, Fastighets AB Briggen has sold a smaller residential property of 611 square metres to a new housing co-operative at a sales price of SEK 7 million with a capital gain of SEK 1 million. Moreover, Fastighets AB Corallen has disposed of a fully let industrial and warehouse property of 8,140 square metres in Värnamo municipality, at a sales price of SEK 19 million and with a capital gain of SEK 11 million.

The above sales result in a total capital gain of about SEK 36 million. Consequently, the capital gains from property sales accounted for so far during 2001 amount to SEK 82 million.

The completion of the new office building "Guldet" of 8,000 square metres in the centre of Gothenburg is proceeding according to plan. The first tenants will move in this week and the other tenants will move in up to June concurrently with the completion of the premises. The property is fully let.
