Castellum sells for SEKm 34 and invests SEKm 6

Castellum has through the subsidiaries Fastighets AB Briggen and Aspholmen Fastigheter AB sold two properties and acquired one property. The sales amounted to SEKm 34 with a capital gain of SEKm 15 and the acquisition amounted to SEKm 6.

 

Fastighets AB Briggen has sold one residential property of approx. 1,000 sq.m. in Helsingborg to a new tenant-owners association for SEKm 15 with a capital gain of SEKm 10.

Further more Briggen has sold the last remaining warehouse and industrial property of approx. 9,000 sq.m in Ängelholm for SEKm 19 with a capital gain of SEKm 5.

Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has acquired a warehouse property of approx. 2,500 sq.m. in Örebro for SEKm 6. The acquired property is located in the Aspholmen area and will be empty at time of taking possession.

Transactions above will be accounted during the third quarter.
