Castellum sells the last residential property

Castellum has through a wholly owned subsidiary sold a residential property for SEKm 255 

Castellum has sold the last remaining pure residential property. The property, located on Slottshöjden in Helsingborg, has been sold to a new tenant owners’ association for SEKm 255. The property consists of a number of buildings and holds 183 apartments with a total area of 13,700 sq.m. Possession of the property was given up on December 1st, 2006. 

On Castellum’s website names and addresses of properties acquired or sold since the beginning of the year are published.
