Kungsleden: Capital market products and green financing

MTN-Program

Kungsleden AB previously had an MTN program, which was terminated in December 2024. After receiving consent from the bondholders, Castellum AB has replaced Kungsleden AB as the issuer under Kungsleden's MTN program. Consequently, all rights and obligations under the general terms and conditions of the bonds have been transferred from Kungsleden AB to Castellum AB.
