The total number of shares and votes in Castellum AB (publ) decreased during the month of October as a result of the cancellation of the company's own shares resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on October 14, 2026.
As previously communicated, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Castellum AB (publ) ("Castellum") resolved on October 14, 2026, to cancel 46,541,184 own shares. The shares have been repurchased within the framework of the company's previous share buy-back program.
Prior to the cancellation of the 46,541,184 own shares, there were in total 477,526,355 shares and votes in Castellum. Through the cancellation, the number of shares and votes decreased by 46,541,184. The decrease was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office during the month of October. As a result of the cancellation, the number of shares and votes in Castellum has changed and the total number of shares and votes amounts to 430,985,171 on the last trading day of the month, October 30, 2026.
