Castellum submits sustainability disclosures for all material sustainability topics based on the 2021 GRI Standards: Core level and all of the latest European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations (sBPR), third version, September 2017.
Castellum reports in accordance with the international Task Force on Climate Related Disclosures (TCFD) and the specific recommendations for the property sector. Reporting climate-related financial disclosures makes it possible for stakeholders to understand the company’s exposure to climate-related risks and opportunities.
Castellum is a signatory of the UN Global Compact and has committed to promote and take responsibility for the ten principles of the initiative concerning human rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption. The Sustainability Report comprises Castellum’s Communication on Progress (CoP) and is a report of how the company works with the ten principles of the Global Compact and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
