In accordance with the Annual General Meeting's resolution on April 29, 2026, Castellum Aktiebolag (the "Company") has, during May 2026, cancelled 15,075,097 own shares. As a result of the cancellation, the number of shares and votes in the Company has changed and the total number of shares and votes in the Company amounts to 477,526,355.
Prior to the cancellation of the 15,075,097 own shares, there were in total 492,601,452 shares in the Company, corresponding to an equal number of votes. Through the cancellation, the number of shares has decreased by 15,075,097, corresponding to an equal number of votes.
As of May 29, 2026, there are in total 477,526,355 shares in the Company, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The Company holds 18,094,903 own shares.
